A fine movie, a classic who done it adaptation of an Agatha Christie novel, Death on the Nile provides two hours of a solid murder mystery, if nothing ground breaking.
Love drives many to do many things. And love is the driving force of this nursery mystery plot. But I did not love it. I didnāt hate it. Itās fine. If a little predictable. Which is a problem for a who-done-it? The details I didnāt get, but I did call the murderer.
If nothing else, go see this movie for the delight performance Kenneth Branagh as the detective, Hercule Poirot
Death on the Nile misses the boat of greatness but takes a relaxing trip down the river āfine.ā And ānot the worst two hours Iāve ever spent.
