A very fun and fine modernization of a Christmas Carol with a twist, Spirited is a funny and fun Christmas movie with a great cast and great chemistry
Will Ferrell and Ryan Reynolds star in this adaptation and provide the exact kind of on screen comedic chemistry you’d expect from this witty pair.
The musical numbers are fun and funny and heartfelt. The movie has a good balance between fun, hi-jinks, and that heartwarming Christmas love we all expect in the retelling of perhaps the most classic redemption story
And on top of that I quite enjoyed the twist on Dickens’s classic. The movie is very aware of how many adaptations there are and this one stands out quite well
