A Cinderella Story is bogged down on every level with mediocre comedy, bad acting, and a severe lack of chemistry between our young love birds. Hilary Duff and Chad Michael Murray mix as well as water and oil as our Cinderella and Prince Charming

Most of the characters in this movie are vapid and one-dimensional and there isn’t much to get invested in. But. Some of the jokes (not many) are amusing and it uses one of Jimmy Eat World’s best songs.

Although it might be tainted forever…

2004 had a lot of cool things happen. This movie is not one of them.

But even bad movies are fun to watch with your friends.
