Do not watch while eating dinner.
Fresh is a breath of fresh air in the genre. I like a good captive story that grips you with likable characters that overcome their captor and triumph gloriously.
Daisy Edgar-Jones, Sebastian Stan and Jonica T Gibbs all bring top tier performances. And shout out to Mimi Cave in a brilliant directorial job. Every shot was damn near perfect, the pacing was good. Lauryn Kahn writing a gripping story.
It was nice watching a horror that wasn’t just a stab fest (I do enjoy those but gotta mix it up) there’s some things I wish were fleshed out just a tiny bit more, but really any more runtime was pushing it.
Fresh is a guaranteed like for anyone a fan of the genre
