Everyone has that sometimes obscure actor that we love everything they do, for me that’s Raul Julia. And he brings his Raul charm to the role of Gomez

And with Christopher Lloyd as Uncle Fester and Angelica Huston as Morticia, this cast does not disappoint.

My only disappointment is that everything kinda feels a bit middle of the road. The Shakespeare scene being the exception as that was thee best part by far. If there was more over-the-top Addams stuff like that, this would have been an absolute riot.

But not too much. Balance

Overall it’s 90 minutes of 90’s nostalgia. And not a bad offering at all to find out what The Addams Family is all about.
